Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to DAD — Dash Auto Download (“DAD”, “the App”), published by Nogueira Driver Development LTDA, a company registered in Brazil and doing business as Overcut Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
New customers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but the current paid period and renewals are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments for DAD are processed securely on our behalf by our payment provider Stripe. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If DAD isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase and we’ll refund it — no hard feelings. This guarantee applies once per customer and to the initial purchase only, not to subsequent renewals.
3. Cancellation and renewals
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged, that period is non-refundable.
- No proration. Except where required by law, we do not refund or prorate the unused portion of a paid period after cancellation.
4. Statutory rights, faulty service, and incorrect charges
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example, the statutory right of withdrawal in the EU/UK). We also honor refunds for duplicate charges, charges made after a valid cancellation, charges you did not authorize, and cases where DAD does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@overcutacademy.com from the address you used at checkout, including your license key or the order/receipt number from your purchase confirmation email. We aim to respond within a few business days; approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
